Community Update
Effective Monday, March 30 and until further notice, the Grayhawk Office will be closed to visitors. GCA staff members will continue to work on a modified schedule to include a rotation to work remotely. We understand that this may be an inconvenience and we apologize. During this time, staff will continue to complete property tours and will be implementing new ways for families to engage and keep busy while home.

Common Areas
GCA maintenance staff are doing what they can do keep common areas clean. Residents visiting GCA common area amenities are encouraged to take preemptive measures such as hand washing and hand sanitizing before and after visiting these amenities. If you or your child is showing symptoms of an illness; please refrain from using the GCA common areas at this time.
Please watch for any future updates as we will be monitoring the situation and adjusting accordingly.
