The Board of Directors will be meeting in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804(A)(3) at 5:00 p.m. in the GCA office.

Temporary Transponders

Missing Dog

The male basenji pictured got out last night and his family would love to have him back home. He is about 18 lbs. and is wearing a red collar. If you see him, please call John at 480-215-0873.

Holiday Decorations

We hope everyone had a fantastic holiday! Please remember that all holiday decorations/lights should be down by January 30 to avoid possible violation notices. We appreciate your cooperation.

Christmas Tree Roundup

Beginning January 4 and ending January 12, the City is offering two ways for you to dispose of your unwanted live Christmas trees or wreaths.
1. You can drop off your tree right here in Grayhawk at Thompson Peak Park (Thompson Peak Parkway and Hayden Road - in the north east parking lot). The City of Scottsdale will provide roll-off containers that are yellow in color and labeled for your disposal convenience.
2. Single-family home residents can place Christmas trees in your curbside green waste pile, separate from your bulk trash, for collection in your scheduled Brush/Bulk service week. Please remember if you utilize this option your tree must remain in your home or behind your gate until it is time for bulk pickup service, which is the week of January 20. Ice Den Happy Hour

Start off the New Year off right on Jan. 16 from 5-7 p.m. at 18 Degrees. Chat with neighbors and friends while enjoying some tasty eats and cold drinks. Living Trust Seminar

Join us in the Talon Room on Jan. 20 from 10-11 a.m. for this free seminar to learn about the latest strategies to protect your estate. Learn why a will is not enough, why many people with living trusts will end up in probate and how to avoid it. New Resident Orientation

Join us on Jan. 22 at 6 p.m. in the Talon Room to meet your neighbors, learn a bit about the association and win prizes! Bring your appetite- appetizers, desserts and water will be served. Kids are welcome. Register by Jan. 20.

Concert in the Park

Grab a chair or blanket and head over to the Grayhawk Greenbelt on Jan. 26 from 3-5 p.m. to enjoy music from Americana and Celtic band, Switchback, joining us all the way from Chicago. In addition to the music, there will be food trucks on hand, so bring your wallet and come hungry! There is no fee for this event, but tipping the band is encouraged!
