Grayhawk offers both the intimacies of a friendly neighborhood and the amenities of a grand master plan. An abundance of community features allow residents to enjoy a wide range of activities.
Grayhawk compliments the dramatic natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert, and is sensitive to the surrounding environment. Over 30 miles of multi-use trails offer residents the option to enjoy the splendor of the environment while finding new ways to meet neighbors. View a trail map (PDF).
Grayhawk offers eight unique and distinctive playgrounds throughout The Park designed to target various age groups. Each playground is covered with a shade sail for protection from the Arizona sun, and each offers something different for our youngest residents to enjoy. View more information about the playgrounds (PDF).
Grayhawk features one long greenbelt that runs along Hayden Road, along with various smaller pocket parks and green spaces through the community. These offer a place for children of all ages to play in the open, as well as a great spot for residents to walk their dogs (on leash, of course).
While Grayhawk does not have one large community pool, there are many neighborhood pools and tennis courts found in the Retreat Village. These are assessed per neighborhood and enjoyed by residents of those specific communities.
Abundant community features allow residents to enjoy a wide range of activities, and the carefully planned events by Grayhawk's full-time resident Lifestyle Director ensure that everyone gets the most out of being a Grayhawk homeowner. Events and programs cater to all ages and interest. View more about some of community events.
Throughout the community, residents enjoy ramadas / picnic areas, barbecue pavilions, basketball courts and more that offer a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
